  Thank you all so much for all of your help leading up to the wedding! We received so many compliments on my dress and I was absolutely IN LOVE!   I went into The Wedding Gallery thinking I would do the same thing I had done at previous stores- try on various dresses that fit the style I was looking for, and try to find THE dress. Well, when I was taken to the back of the store, they explained to me that they can make whatever I want. So they asked to look at pictures of what I wanted, and then were going to pull a few for me to try on. They pulled dresses that were nothing like the style I explained. I told them that the dresses they pulled weren't like the one I wanted, and they said "oh it's okay, we can do whatever you want." So I proceeded to try on strapless ball gowns when I wanted a vintage A-line sequin dress. I would walk out of the dressing room and my mom, grandma, soon-to-be mother-in-law, and two MoH's gave me these "oh my god" looks.. I would explain to them that it needed sleeves... and they said oh yes we can add that on, and then that I wanted more of this and that, and they said yes this dress is simply to get the fit.... It was the STRANGEST experience I have ever had. Knowing that you were going to pay for something up-front, to then have then "design" your dress off of an already existing dress, baffled me. I could never purchase a dress that didn't look like the end product up-front. This store was just not for me!
