My husband scheduled a washer repair this afternoon and upon arrival, the technician said he didn't have the part and couldn't repair the washer, then proceeded to charge us for a service call ($55). This is bad business! If a business agrees to perform a service, then they should do so, and be up front with any costs that will be incurred! Only a refund for the 20 minute visit that wasted our time and money is acceptable!!!!
