  I love this shop! The selection of items is unique and the clerks couldn't have been nicer. Sometimes I just stop to browse for the atmosphere and other times I'm on a mission to find a certain item. Either way the clerks have been friendly.

  I will never shop here again. Caught up in the holiday rush, I purchased a jacket for my daughter. After I got home, I saw it was the wrong size. I called to order the correct size and the man said he would have someone call me the following Monday. This was well before the holiday. No one ever called me back.My daughter tried the jacket on and 2 buttons immediately fell off. One had been sewn through the pocket. She pointed out that it was made in China-- so much for European Accents! Threads were hanging out all over. When I went to return the jacket the woman in the shop wouldn't order one in the right size, wouldn't take the jacket back (with original receipt) in other words we were out of luck. She found a dog hair on it and said she couldn't resell it. This was not an inexpensive jacket, but the plus of supporting local businesses should be great customer service as well as keeping them in business. No customer service here... I do not recommend this shop!
